Online Counselling First Session

Service Description

In the first session, we will explore your problem and make an assessment. We will discuss together what you want to get out of the therapy, the terms and conditions of the therapy, and discuss a plan for you. I will also be able to answer your questions, go over the therapeutic contract and clarify any questions you may have.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy 1. Sessions should always be booked at least 7-5 days in advance. 2. Sessions can only be re-scheduled or cancelled with a full refund if the cancellation/re-scheduling is communicated by e-mail with 48 hours notice before the start of the scheduled appointment. 2. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the start of the scheduled appointment will not be refunded. 3. If you wish to schedule another appointment and you notify me within 48 hours before the start of the scheduled appointment, you will have to pay for another appointment and the funds for the cancelled appointment will be retained. 4. Provided you cancel your session as requested above, you will receive a refund minus the cost of the transaction which is (1.4% + 20p) as charged by the service provider (Stripe). 5.
